AmI-09 encourages original, high quality research contributions advancing the state of the art in Ambient Intelligence. They should reflect the various interdisciplinary aspects of Ambient Intelligence Research. Authors should make clear how their results develops the field and provide complete and substantial support for its results and conclusions. Papers must be anonymised to facilitate blind review. Authors are encouraged to take care throughout the entire document to minimize references that may reveal the identity of the authors and their institutions. Relevant references to an author's previous research should not be suppressed but instead referenced in a neutral way.

Paper submissions should be at a maximum of 10 pages (including figures and references). Accepted submissions will appear in the Conference Proceedings. Papers must be submitted in pdf format. Please refer to the submission details including submission format and submission process. Papers undergo a rigorous review process. Confidentiality of submissions is maintained during the review process. After acceptance, a final, revised camera-ready version of the paper will be required in electronic form to go in the proceedings. Final camera-ready versions of accepted papers must be accompanied by a signed copyright form.

Paper submissions should follow the Springer guidelines for Proceedings. Submissions must be made via the Conference Submission System. Paper submissions will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
