Special Issue

The intention of the organizers of the Workshop is to prepare a special issue in a prominent journal for the extended papers of the Workshop. Two special issues were prepared from the previous edition of HBU, one in IEEE Trans. Affective Computing ("Affect Based Human Behavior Understanding") and one in Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Smart Environments ("Computer Vision for Ambient Intelligence"). The submissions will be rigorously reviewed, and need to be sufficiently expanded to justify a journal publication.
