To receive the student rate, attendees will be required to provide proof of student status (e.g., current student card) on arrival at the conference.

Conference + Workshop/Tutorial (November 13-15, 2012)

Registration includes: attendance at all sessions, copy of proceedings, tea/coffee breaks, 3 lunches, social event and participation to workshop/tutorial (please choose preferred workshop in the online form)

Conference (November 14-15, 2012)

Registration includes: attendance at all conference sessions, copy of proceedings, tea/coffee breaks, 2 lunches and social event. Please note that the Conference registration does not include workshop/tutorial registration. Thus, if you want to attend both events then you have to pay the registrations for both events.

Workshop/Tutorial (November 13, 2012)

Registration includes: attendance at workshop/tutorial session, tea/coffee breaks and lunch.


Extra tickets for the social event on November 14 may be purchased for 110 € each; the price includes the transfer, the guided tour of the Natural History Museum of Pisa University and the social dinner in The Charterhouse of Calci.


Registration Conditions

Inclusion of papers in the Proceedings is conditional upon registration of at least one author by September 7th, 2012.

The AmI organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents, loss or damage of the private property of participants during the Conference. The registration does not include any form of insurance. Conference participants are therefore responsible for making their own insurance arrangements.

All cancellations received in writing by 29 October 2012 will be fully refunded, less € 20 which will be deducted for administrative expenses. No refunds will be made for cancellations received from 30th October 2012 onwards. Fees paid by authors of accepted papers, as a condition to have the paper published in the proceedings, are not refundable. Substitutions can be made at any time.

Cancellations will be processed after the conference.
